Returns & Refunds
At Fat Bandit, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, the following policy applies.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is brand new, unused, and unopened
- The item is in original packaging with all accessories included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Change of mind returns are eligible for a refund of the product value only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
Items must be returned through the same channel they were purchased from:
- Online purchases must be returned via our online returns process. To initiate a return, please contact hello@fatbanditbikes.com.au
- In-store purchases must be returned to the original store of purchase
Items must be securely packaged for return. Any assistance or costs required to box, package, or prepare items for return are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We’re happy to assist with arranging return freight, however all associated return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns sent to the incorrect location may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been opened, used, or assembled
- Items returned after 30 days
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. These cases are handled separately under Australian Consumer Law and our warranty policy.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
