Shipping Costs

Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $100 to most metro and semi-rural areas within Australia. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $9.95. Express shipping may be available at checkout, depending on your location. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or island locations. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery

Orders generally arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch. Once your order is on the way, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its progress. Someone may need to be available to receive and sign for bike deliveries. Bikes arrive partially assembled and require final setup.
